Blaster Code provides the following services:

  • Dashboard Development – Business and analytics dashboards tailored to client needs.
  • App Development – Mobile and web application development.
  • Digital Marketing – SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising.


3. Project Scope & Requirements

  • The project scope will be defined in a written agreement, including features, timeline, and cost.
  • Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and information before the project begins.
  • Any additional features beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.


4. Payment Terms

  • Clients must pay an advance amount before project initiation.
  • The remaining payment must be cleared as per the agreed milestones or upon project completion.
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.
  • No refunds will be issued once work has commenced.


5. Revisions & Modifications

  • Clients can request a limited number of revisions as specified in the project agreement.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be chargeable.
  • Any major changes after project approval will be treated as a new requirement and billed separately.


6. Timelines & Delivery

  • Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before the work starts.
  • Delays from the client’s end (such as late submission of content) may affect the timeline.
  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, hosting providers, or technical issues beyond our control.


7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
  • Clients must review and approve work within the given time frame.
  • Blaster Code is not responsible for any legal issues arising from client-provided content, including copyright violations.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final product.
  • Blaster Code retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.
  • Any third-party software, themes, or plugins used remain the property of their respective owners.


9. Confidentiality

  • Blaster Code agrees to keep all client information confidential and secure.
  • Clients must also not disclose proprietary information shared by Blaster Code.


10. Limitation of Liability

  • Blaster Code is not liable for any business losses, data breaches, or downtime caused by third-party services.
  • The company is not responsible for issues arising from client-side modifications after project completion.


11. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice.
  • If the client terminates the project after work has begun, payments made will not be refunded.
  • The company reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to make payments or violates terms.


12. Third-Party Services & Hosting

  • If the client chooses a third-party hosting provider, Blaster Code is not responsible for server-related issues.
  • Any third-party integrations (such as payment gateways) are subject to their respective terms of service.


13. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of [Specify Jurisdiction, e.g., Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh].


14. Amendments
