Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Blaster Code, we are committed to delivering high-quality website development, dashboard development, app development, and digital marketing services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a client may need to cancel a service or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.



1. Cancellation Policy



1.1 Website, Dashboard, and App Development

  • Clients may request a cancellation before the project begins. If cancellation is requested after work has started, a refund will not be issued.
  • If the client fails to provide necessary content or approvals within 15 days of project commencement, Blaster Code reserves the right to cancel the project without a refund.
  • If a project is delayed due to a client’s inaction for more than 30 days, the project may be considered abandoned and canceled, with no refund.


1.2 Digital Marketing Services

  • Digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, paid ads, etc.) require advance payments and are non-refundable once the campaign has started.
  • Clients may cancel recurring services with a 7-day prior written notice before the next billing cycle.


2. Refund Policy



2.1 Website, Dashboard, and App Development

  • Before Work Begins: If a client cancels before work starts, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing fees.
  • After Work Has Started: No refunds will be provided once the design, development, or coding process has begun.
  • After Project Completion: Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be entertained.


2.2 Digital Marketing Services

  • Due to the nature of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media ads, etc.), payments are non-refundable once the campaign is live.
  • If a service is prepaid and not initiated within 15 days due to the client’s delay, the amount may be adjusted for future services at the company’s discretion.
  • If Blaster Code fails to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be provided based on work completed.


2.3 Domain & Hosting Services

  • Payments made for domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, or third-party services are non-refundable.
  • If a client requests cancellation of hosting services, no refund will be issued for the remaining period.


3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • The client cancels the project before work has started (with applicable deductions).
  • Blaster Code fails to deliver the project due to internal issues.
  • A service is not provided as agreed upon, and no solution has been offered within a reasonable time frame.


4. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project commencement.
  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information or approvals.
  • Services completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.
  • Third-party service payments (e.g., hosting, domains, paid ad platforms, or software licenses).
  • Marketing campaign performance, as results depend on multiple factors beyond our control.


5. Dispute Resolution

  • If a client is not satisfied, they must raise a concern within 7 days of project completion.
  • Disputes will be first addressed through discussion and negotiation.
